WHEN YOU USE A GOOGLE APPS DOCUMENT TO DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT

Click on SHARE (Blue block on the top right of your screen.)

SHARE SETTINGS block open. (3/4s towards the bottom left in the block youll find ADD
PEOPLE.)

Add People: Type in: ASSIGNMENTS@sbs.ac.za

Select: Notify people via email.

Select: Send a copy to myself.

Select: Paste the item into the email.

Click on SHARE AND SAVE.

Your document will be emailed to SBS and you will receive a copy of the mail for your records.

This Electronic Assignment Cover and Answer Book can however be saved and used as the
front page for a variety of word processor document types.
