stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram etc. except hard
rock requiring blasting for foundation and depositing within the
campus with a lead of upto 100 meters in levelled layer with all leads
and lifts including cost of all labour materials equipment and all other
incidental charges like cribs, sheeting, shoring, bracing, providing
protective bunds, cofferdams, baling out water and other items which
may be necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the
excavation to the bottom of the drain removing of all logs, stumps,
grubs and other deleterious matter and obstruction including trimming
bottom of excavation, cost of any cleaning grubbing removing slips
and blows if any and any surplus materials which may have to be

Specifications, drawings and as directed, but excluding steel

all foundations at any depth, flooring, all floors, heights, levels,

The designing of concrete mix for different grades of controlled
concrete should be done in accordance with latest IS - SP 23. (Hand
book on concrete mix design) in the field laboratory and the same

RCC works using RTS bars of Fe 500 grade for steel reinforcements

centering sheets/ plywood sheets, including strutting propping etc. as
required and de-centering after the specified dates for the concerned
RCC members and clearing out all the centering materials etc,
complete all as per standard specification.

make color and size made out of M30 cement concrete and
laying in position and compacted with mechanical compactor SQM
to the required grade and level all as directed by the Engineerin-Charge.

Providing and painting cement concrete kerbs with alternate

black and white strips of 50 cm using synthetic enamel paint
of approved make two coats over a coat of cement primer
paint all as directed by the E.I.C.

Providing grooves of size 3 mm to 5mm wide and 75 mm
deep on concrete surface made by groove cutting machine
with diamond cutting wheel and filling of the grooves with
polysulphide sealant all as per standard specification.
Providing and fixing of Longitudinal contraction joints 10mm
wide 80mm deep on concrete surface made by groove cutting
machine with diamond cutting wheel and filling of the grooves
with polysulphide sealant all as per standard specification.
Supply, fabrication and fix in position edge angle of size 65 x
65 x 6mm M.S. plates, including necessary anchoring lug
arrangement into concrete slab all as directed by the

BituminousWork :Cleaning the WBM surface thoroughly by picking, brooming
with wire brushes, dusting etc and applying a tack coat of hot
bitumen at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sq.m using mechanical
sprayers all as laid down in clause 503 of MORTH
specification and as directed by the Engineer
Providing and lying Dense graded bituminous concrete all
as per clause 509 of MORTH specification upto 40 mm
compacted thick using hard crushed stone aggregate
conforming to grading 2 ( 13 mm nominal size) of table 50010 mixed with minimum 6% of 60/70 grade bitumen in a
central hot mix plant with electronic controls ,transporting to
site and spreading to levels with sensor pavers ,rolling with
vibratory and tandem rollers of 8-10 t static weight all as
directed by the Engineer
Filler shall be mineral matter conforming to clause 507.2.4 of
MoRTH specification .
No extra is payable if bitumen content as per design mix
formula is in excess of stipulated minimum of 6%
