TOP 3 RISKS IDENTIFIED ON LOCATION

(N.B. this does not replace the Risk Assessment form which must be carried out for any practical project)

Tripping- The Crew, Actor/Model and Photographer could all be harmed as tripping over the table
and chairs could result in bruises, burns or possibly even a serious injury. To reduce the risk of
tripping move the table and chairs out of the way so nobody trips. An action that can be taken to
further reduce the risk is to tuck in chairs.
Slipping- The Crew, Actor/Model and Photographer could all be harmed as slipping over water, the
tiles on the floor etc. could result in minor or serious injury. To reduce the risk of slipping dry any
spills/liquids using kitchen roll. An action that can be taken to further reduce the risk is to make sure
every person is wearing shoes as this reduces the risk of slipping, also make sure nobody is just
wearing socks.
Radiator- The Crew, Actor/Model and Photographer could all be harmed as any body part touching
the radiator could result in burns. To reduce the risk of the radiator, make sure that the radiator is
off or on a low setting. An action that can be taken to further reduce risk is if the radiator is on a
high setting the use of temporary cover like clothes, towels etc. would prevent serious burns.

Describe the aesthetics of the location (e.g. Describe the potential camera shots or describe the
acoustic value of the location)

There werent as much angles to take photographs with as the area where I did the photoshoot was
crowded and quite small. There was a variety of different colours shown when I did the photoshoot,
the colours would stand out towards the target audience which would catch their eye and interest
them.
