What is Eosinophilia?
The condition in which the eosinophil count in the peripheral blood gets increased is termed
as Eosinophilia.

Eosinophils are white blood cells that are responsible for combating multi cellular
parasites and certain infections in vertebrates, they also control mechanisms associated with
allergy and asthma.
These Eosinophils also known as granulocytes are developed during haematopoiesis (the
formation of blood cellular components) in the bone marrow before migrating into the blood.
On an average 5% 7% of the white blood cells constitute of the Eosinophils, a higher count
of which is an outcome of the disease Eosinophilia.

would be helpful as he also suffers from chest paing and sdophigal spasums

My wife aged 26, Indian, suffering from psoriasis due to (maybe) eosinophilia. She tried
number of other treatments, but none cured. I wish I would need some suggestions or I will try

i having maxillary polyp and my nasal septum is deviated. and also having eosinophilia.
i want to know that does polyp cause eosinophilia. i having skin problem which look like
psoriasis. i am taking allopathy medicine which reducing my skin problem. but i dont want to

My mother has a very high count of eosonophil ,around 13%and a high leucocytes
count of 9500.kindly suggest a natural/home remedy for her ASAP.we have already given her

I am suffering from fever, body ache for the last 6 months continiously due to
eosinophilia, count 9-20 %. Docs gave Banocide but it failed. I cant take it any more. Pls give a

My Name is Hari Krishna. I have been donating blood since 2006. Till Now i have
donated 18 Times and every year i check up heamotology statistical condition of my blood,
every year i find that Esonophils exceeds every time i.e 9% (normal Range 5-7%) from six years
it not decreased and i have not sufferring from any of the symptoms mentioned and I am healty
enough physically and i dont have any probelm but i want to decrease my esonophil statistics.
Do i want to consult doctor or is there any suggestion to decrease it

i am suffering from esnophilia for about a month but after taking steriod my white cell
count had come between normal range so doctor reduced it to just 1tablet but with that its
gone up again ,have started taking them again 2 per day how long does it take to get cured and
does it cure or one has to live with it please tell me
