Kitty Litter is covered by an inch or so of water.
2. Microwave the Kitty Litter mixture for a minute.

I have RLS so does my dad, can someone please tell me is the bar of soap @ your
feet works? It seems a little far fetched to me. I know drinking orange juice and
taking certain vitamins works but they take a while to work.
