The brush alternator is a rotating field, self-excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, 4 pole,
two bearing. Insulation class H with stator winding is of 2/3 pitch design to reduce the
third harmonic.
* Cong suat d phong la cong suat cho phep chay 1 gi khong lien tuc trong moi chu ky 24 gi.
* The standby powers are applicable for un-continuons electrical power (at variable load), for 1 hour in 24 hours period.

AC TNH KY THUAT AU PHAT IEN HU TOAN

Dynamo Hu Toan la san pham au phat ien loai kch t bang choi than, c san
xuat tren day chuyen cong nghe hien ai vi nguon nguyen lieu chat lng cao:
- Stator va Rotor c cau tao t thep ky thuat ien co o ton hao t thap. Day ong
c s dung la loai ong nguyen chat 99.99 % khong pha tron giup nang cao hieu
suat va chat lng nguon ien, c phu 2 lp men cach ien EI/AIW vi kha nang
chu nhiet len en 220oC.
- Bo choi than cua Dynamo Hu Toan s dung loai than hp kim co ty le ong pha
cao, kch t nhanh, giam phat sinh nhiet, o ton hao va mai mon thap.
- Phan vo dynamo c cau tao bang thep rat gon nhe va c sn tnh ien mang
lai o ben va tham my cao.
- Cac chi tiet c kh c gia cong t ong bang he thong may tien, may phay theo
cong nghe CNC tao ra cac linh kien vi o ong eu va chnh xac cao. Giup may
hoat ong em ai, ben b va cho nguon ien ung theo cong suat thiet ke.

HUUTOAN ALTERNATOR'S TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Huutoan alternators are types of brush exciting, are manufactured by
modern technological lines with high quality materials:
- Stator and Rotor are made of electrical steel with low core loss. The copper
wire used is 99.99% pure copper that enhance efficiency and power
sources; covered with 02 layers of EI/AIW insulating enamel with heatresistant ability up to 220oC.
- The carbon brush of HuuToan's alternator is made from metal graphite
material with high rate of copper, fast field rheostat, calorific effect
reduction.
- Alternator's frame is made from steel and finished with electrostatic
painting system providing durable and aesthetic product.
- All mechanical parts are processed automatically on CNC lathe and
milling machine with high uniformity and precision that helps machine
operating more smooth, high efficiency and durability.
