Prov. Of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the SW.,along line 1-2 by Road;
along
line 2-3 by Lot 1130-E-6-C-2-D-3, of the subdivision Plan; on the
NE., along
line 5-6 by Lot 1130-E-6-C-2-D-2 of the subdivision plan.

1. That the Certificate of Sale executed by virtue thereof, together with


the supporting papers , where filed and registered in the office of the
Registry of Deeds
for the province of Nueva Ecija on 06, November 2012 as evidenced by the
inscription effected on the corresponding certificate of title as per Entry No.
2012005420;
2. That said Parcel of Land with TCT No. NT-288962 was not completely
defined

in the Certificate of Sale as well as in the Foreclosure of said

property. This would have included to wit:

being a portion of Lot 1130-E-6-C-2-D, Psd-03-087729, LRC.
Rec. No. ),
situated in the Bo. Of Rio Chico, Mun. Of Gen. Tinio, Prov. Of
Nueve Ecija.
Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1130-E-6-C-2E,
Psd-03-087-229; on the NE., & SE., along lines 2-3-1 by Lot
1130-E-6-C-2-D-1,
of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan,
being N. 86 deg. 40 E.,1766.46 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-593;
thence N. 61 deg. 57 E., 2.02 m. to point 3; thence S. 67 deg.
06 W., 22.31 m.
to the point of beginning ; containing an area of TWENTY THREE

That said parcel of lot was part of the Real Estate Mortgage

executed by spouses Reynaldo Jabat and Venus Paras, described in the Real
Estate Mortgage Contract a certified true copy of which are attached hereto
as Annex A, and A-1;
4. That the Real Estate Mortgage Contract was executed to secure
the payment of loan amounting to a total of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED
TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,625,000.00) PHILIPPINE
CURRENCY, a certified true copy of the Promissory Note executed by said

Mortgagors-Debtors dated 09 October 2009 is hereto attached as Annex B


and B-1.
All other matters not contained in this Amendment are hereby
maintained.
