Item No. 1705 Request for Legislative Authority for the City Mayor to enter into and sign the

High School, relative to the proposed partnership with CSSDO Paginhawaan Drop-in Center.
Item No. 1723 Memorandum of Agreement to be entered into by and between the City
Government of Davao and mindanao Medical Foundation College, relative to the proposed
partnership with Co Su Gian Home for the Aged and Lingap Center for Mentally Challenged
Children, managed and supervised by the City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO)
Item No. 1724 Memorandum of Agreement to be entered into by and among the City
Government of Davao, Holcim Philippines, Inc., Davies Paints Philippines, Inc., Technical
Education for Skills Development Authority (TESDA XI), Department of Health, and Association
of Construction and Informal Workers for the construction of the Special Drug Education
Center (SDEC) Building of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council
Item No. 1735 Ordinance No. 08, Series of 2016 of the Barangay Council of 76-A Bucana,
Talomo District, this City, entitled AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF IDENTIFICATION
CARDS IN BARANGAY 76-A BUCANA, DAVAO CITY AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, TO
EFFECT THE NECESSARY RECTIFICATION OF THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE SAID 2
BARANGAYS."
Item No. 1736 Request for legislative authority for the City Mayor to enter into and sign the
Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of the Interior and Local Government
(DILG) and the City Government of Davao relative to the implementation of the Payapa at
Masaganang Pamayanan (PAMANA) Program
Item No. 1737 Memorandum of Agreement to be entered into by and between the City
Government of Davao and Saint Albans College of Technology, relative to the conduct of
Internship Program at Co Su Gian Home for the Elderly and Lingap Center for Mentally
Challenged Children
The cancellation is due to the abrupt changes in the schedule of the undersigned.
