average season for the Atlantic basin,
which includes all tropical storms and
hurricanes in the Caribbean Sea and
Gulf of Mexico. The forecast calls for
15 named tropical storms, which they
claim eight will become hurricanes.
Four are expected to develop into
major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5)
with maximum wind speeds of 111
mph or greater. Averages that go back
to 1950, a typical Atlantic hurricane

American Thinker web-site written by

“recovering liberal”.

Some knew about the red light on
cars, but not the *112.
It was about 1:00 p.m. in the after-
noon, and Lauren was driving to visit a
friend. An UNMARKED police car
pulled up behind her and put his lights
on. Lauren's parents have always told
her never to pull over for an unmarked
car on the side of the road, but rather
to wait until they get to a gas station,
etc. Lauren had actually listened to
her parents advice, and promptly
called *112 on her cell phone to tell
the police dispatcher that she would
not pull over right away.
The dispatcher checked to see if
there were police cars where she was
and there weren't, and he told her to
keep driving, remain calm and that
he had back up already on the way.
Ten minutes later 4 cop cars sur-
rounded her and the unmarked
car behind her. One policeman went
to her side and the others surrounded
the car behind. They pulled the guy
from the car and tackled him to the
ground. The man was a convicted
rapist and wanted for other crimes.
I never knew about the *112 Cell

woman alone in a car, you should not
pull over for an unmarked car.

As citizens of democratic countries
become less vigilant, a form of apathy
sets in rendering the usual methods of
political correction like "throwing the
bums out" less and less effective.
When political leaders know that the
voting public is focused elsewhere, as
they constantly perpetuate with diver-
sions of ostensible cultural nature
such as gay marriage/don’t ask don’t
tell, warming, hate speech, H1N1 and
multiculturism, the tendency will be to-
wards these leaders' ever-greater
accumulation of power. To this writer,
its what we’re witnessing today, the
greatest power struggle since the
Boston Tea Party.
"Orwellian" describes the situation,
idea, or societal condition that George
Orwell identified as being destructive
The Scheme Of Things

trol by propaganda, surveillance, mis-

Nineteen Eighty-Four.
Contemporary Orwellians, aka the
Dem’s, know at least what they’re try-
ing to do here. They’re desperate to
stay in power and willing to go down
gambling. The health care Trojan
Horse has proven so transparent that
team Obama has their fearless leader
blowing one smoke screen after
another in hopes that the average
dullard will be herded along until the
unpopular thought will be a distant
memory, or hopefully, totally obscur-
ed.

morphed leisurely into the “Nuclear

what they’re trying to do
here. They’re desperate to
stay in power and willing to

aren’t planning for your future you
may want to rethink a bit. In addition
to getting some distance between
them and the health care bomb, the
next logical step is to get a little pay-
back from the victims.
If the Dems can hold on to the slight-
est majority in the House and Senant,
by December or January one of their
top guns will propose universal voter
registration. What is universal voter
registration? It means all of the state
laws on elections will be overridden by
a federal mandate. The feds will tell
the states: 'take everyone on every
list of welfare that you have, take
everyone on every list of unemployed
you have, take everyone on every list
of property owners, take everyone on
every list of driver's license holders
–whether legal Americans or not– and
register them to vote regardless of
whether they want to be.
We appear to be up against the will-
ing victims of the the current
Orwellians. The miscreants in Con-
gress are creating a massive force of
voter control and with the current
majority in such a state of confusion,
they might very well pull it off.
White Trash?
If watching the diminishing Reps
and today’s Dems go at in such unbri-
dled spin and cunning weren’t such an
intrigue, it would be a waste of time.
The 1994 election, which unseated
the Dem’s majority, was described by
the LameStream press, without any
evidence, as an eruption of “angry,
white, male” voters. Today, according
to the same media vehicles, the Tea
Party revolt is being led by “racist, vio-
lent, and primitive”. A tearful Nancy
Pelosi ostensibly fears chaos in the
streets and Bill “the Monica Thrill”
Clinton likens them to terrorist.
Its apparent that the Dems are lay-
ing claim and hanging on to the
“peace keeper” moniker with no vio-
lence to point to. The implication lying
just below the surface is that angry,
white, males that are racist, violent,
and primitive are synonymous to
“white trash” and have no place or
business in the public eye.
Just one writer’s opinion, but if this
is the best that they can come up with,
then it is the Dems who are the
dullards and the Reps would do well
to quit educating them by reacting to
such obvious ploys. WIth the excep-
tion of the Democrat’s charges of vio-
lence and racism, there are none in
evidence so why all the defensive
measures?
As the only thing standing in the
way of the Dem’s, God bless the
Republicans. The pity is that they’re
the only organization standing in their
way. The Reps are all we have but
choose to spend their time crying foul.
Let Pelosi be a silly, phony bimbo.
Allow Bill Clinton to spin on anything
he wants and when Obama opens his
mouth, knowing that a lie or two will
surely follow, let them carry on. The
Dem’s are crashing, let’s let them. rf

Robert D. establishes an attractive,
promising business concept, launches
a corporation, opens a bank account
in its name and deposits several hun-
dred thousand. He then goes public
with it, has stock certificates printed
up and begins seeking investors.
Happens all the time and it all appears
to be business as usual.
As investors come aboard and buy
in, he issues them corporate stock
certificates depending on the amount
of their investment and enters into an
“investment agreement’. In the
Shoreline’s case, each share is worth
$5300 which enables small investors
to buy in. At this point, all neat and
legal.

The guys were all at deer camp. No one wanted to room with Bob, be-
cause he snored so badly. They decided it wasn't fair to make any one of
them room with him the whole time, so they voted to take turns. The first
guy roomed with Bob and came to breakfast the next morning with his hair
a mess and his eyes all bloodshot. They said, "Man, what happened to you?"
He said, "Bob snored so loudly, I just sat up and glared at him all night."
The next night it was a different guy's turn. In the morning, same thing--
hair a mess, eyes all bloodshot. They said, "Man, what happened to you?
You look awful!" He said, 'Man, that Bob shakes the roof with his snoring. I
watched him all night." The third night was Fred's turn. Fred was an old
cowboy; a man's man.. The next morning he came to breakfast bright-eyed
and bushy-tailed. "Good morning!" he said. They couldn't believe it. They
said, "Man, what happened?" He said, "Well, we got ready for bed. I went
over and gently tucked Bob into bed, patted him on the butt, and kissed his
cheek good night... Bob sat up and watched me all night Man oh man
