On July 12, 2012, the Honorable Commission rendered a Decision in the above-
entitled case in favor the Petitioner-Appellant Panopio, the dispositive portion of which
reads:
WHEREFORE, the appeal of Danilo C. Panopio, Senior Police
Office 1 (SPO1) , is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Resolution dated
February 2, 2011of the Department of the Interior and Local Government
(DILG), is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE and its earlier Resolution
dated September 15, 2005, is hereby AFFIRMED. Thus, Panopio should
be reinstated in the service with payment of backwages.

Rule 24, Section 119 of the Revised Rules on Administrative Case in Civil
Service states:
Section 119.Execution of the Decisions of the Commission.- The
decisions of the Commission shall be immediately executory after
(15)days from receipt thereof, unless a motion for reconsideration is
seasonable filed, in which case the execution of the decision shall be held
in abeyance.

To date, no motion for reconsideration was filed and the period within which to file
the same has already lapsed. Hence, the Decision dated July 31, 2012 shall be
immediately executory;

EXPLANATION
Copies of the MOTION were filed and served to :Secretary Mar Roxas,
Department of the Interior and Local Government; The Regional DirectOffice No. IVCALABARZON; The Chairman, NOPOLCOM RAB, Region IV; Police Director Nicanor
A. Bartolome ,Philippine National Police; and Director IV Lydia A. Castillo, Civil Service
Commission- Regional Office No. IV, through registered mail due to constraints of time
and distance.
