1. Hold down ITEM & -VALUE while turning on
printer. 2. Wait for RESET MAINTENANCE COUNT
to appear then release both buttons.

Control-Panel Boot Sequence Calibration
1. Hold down C and # and turn power on. 2. Release C
and # when a small square appears in the upper-left
portion of control panel display. 3. Use a small pointed
device (for ex: tip of a pen) to touch the small square. A
second small square will appear in lower-right portion of
control-panel display. NOTE: The first square does not
disappear. Take care to not touch it a second time or the
calibration procedure will fail. 4. Touch the small square
in lower-right portion of control-panel display. When
you do, the touch screen alignment is complete and the
device returns to power-on initialization.

wrong Service Mode Pin: 10086013. Starting with
shipments in March 2014, the Service Mode Pin has
been corrected to 10080613. To simplify this situation
(and to not have to differentiate by serial numbers),
when entering the service mode, first enter
10080613. If that does not work, enter
10086013. There is no issue with the M830 Service
Mode Pin.

Ready light turns on during a super NVRAM
initialization.
Network Card cold reset
1. Make sure that the printer is in the Ready state.
2. Press ROTATE CAROUSEL and CANCEL JOB
simultaneously. There is no visual feedback.

This feature does not perform the
same functions as a Disk
initialization on Non-FutureSmart
products.
This feature will completely disable
the printer and will require firmware
to be reloaded through the Pre
Boot menu to recover the device.

2) Partial Clean.
This feature will remove all
customers setting and
configurations and will delete the
firmware from the active partition of
