A CDP Internet Password will be sent to your mailing address.

CDP Pre-Settlement Notification (PSN) SMS Service

Do not leave the mobile phone field blank if you are applying for Pre-Settlement Notification service
via SMS. This mobile phone number will be updated and replaces any existing mobile phone number
in CDPs record.
