Congratulations on your purchase! You made a wise decision that will save you time, money, and
energy on your next trip. This instructions contains step-by-step instructions, tips, and money
saving tricks. Please review the documentation to get the most out of your SIM Card.
Lets get started!

Requirements for Service

In order to use this SIM you need an unlocked device.
How do you know if you have an unlocked device?
Insert the SIM card into your device. If your device indicates a provider (eg Verizon Wireless, TMobile) then your device is unlocked. If your device displays a different message, your device is
locked.
In addition, your device needs to support the correct frequency in order to call and / or use the
internet.
Worldwide providers use of several GSM networks (850, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz). The GSM1800
network is widely used in Europe, the GSM850 network often in South America and Asia and the
GSM1900 network especially in North America. To use your GSM anywhere in the world you will
need a quad-band phone.
For "faster" 3G, Internet Providers use the UMTS network (850/900/1700-AWS 1900/2100 Mhz.)

4G Internet. 4G stands for 4th generation and is the fourth generation of mobile
telecommunications standards. It is the successor to the 3G standard. 4G is still limited globally
available.

Note: "Unlocked" means that your phone supports SIM cards from provider that are allowed. Often
a provider locks a cellular phone

Unlocking your Device

Unlocking your device is an easy process, it simply involves dialing a code on your phones keypad.
Most mobile phone operators will give you the unlock code and step-by-step instructions right over
the
phone. Call customer service and inform them youll be traveling out of the country and you need
the
unlock code.
Apple iPhone users can visit http://www.jailbreakme.com to unlock their devices for FREE.

Lebara opening hours are 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time) and 9am to 6pm on
Weekends and Public Holidays.

Getting started:
Activate your SIM online at: https://secure2.lebara-mobile.com.au/activation

1: Enter your mobile number and the last 10 digits of the ICCID

2: Enter your personal details:

Note: at contact phone, fill in your lebara number

3: Enter your address. This need to be an Australian address. You can enter an address where you
stay (hotel, etc)

4: Enter your ID Type and number.

5: Verify your details and click on ACTIVATE.

Your SIM card is NOW activated and you will receive an email conformation with your account
details.

Login to your Lebara account:

After activation you can login to your Legbara account at:
https://secure2.lebara-mobile.com.au/customer/login
Note: At the first time logging into your account, you are required to change your PIN.

Account overview:

Top p with your Credit Card (through your account)

Login to your account:
Select Recharge
Select Recharge by voucher
Select the Main balance or plan.
Enter your Credit Card details and press on recharge.
Your SIM is now recharged and a confirmation is sent to your email

How can I top up by voucher?:

There are 2 ways you can use your voucher:
Send an SMS with the 'pin number' to 126172
Login to your account and click on recharge.

How can I check my credit balance?:

Check your balance for FREE with Lebara Mobile:
Send an SMS (text) message to 126 172 and we will send you an SMS showing your
balance. You need to include one of the following words in your text message:

Bal
Credit
Call 126 123 from your Lebara Mobile to hear your call balance.
Check your balance online at MyLebara
Select Account on your mobile phone menu, then Balance and enter your 6 digit
phone account PIN and follow the instructions. An SMS message will be sent to you
showing your balance.
When your call credit falls below $2 we will notify you to remind you to recharge.

Tethering is possibe (use iPhone and as of iPad 3 as Personal Hotspot /Android device as Mobile
Access Points and connect multiple devices with the internet via Wifi).

SIM Card Validity

Simcard is valid for 4 months. After each top up the validity is again 4 months.
