Independent Renovations to Penthouse Offices of Banks Huntley Building 2008 to October 2009

Prepared design, permit, and construction drawings for renovation and modernization
of penthouse offices of 1929 Art Deco building in downtown Los Angeles. Worked
daily with contractors and the owner in retooling the space for the 21st century while
maintaining the historical integrity of the building. Presented drawings for approval to
Cultural Affairs Department of the City of LA to protect historical significance of the
building.

Prize Wheel for Club Deportivo Chivas USA 2008

Designed custom 6-foot diameter prize wheel with complementary Spanish Colonial
walls to create a game-show like experience for fans attending soccer games or other
marketing events of Chivas USA of Major League Soccer

Lowell, Massachusetts, 85,000 square feet.
Retooling the turn of the century high school to receive technology in the form of
computers, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and power. Coordinated
plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services for the construction drawings.
