v Study the adjoining roads and establish the DPC
level. Establish a TBM for the building.
v Establish any filling or cutting for the building. The
foundation has to be above ground level.

Prepare centre lines and checks


Prepare offsets of the building from the boundary
Prepare full setting out details
Establish the levels
