Final Reflection

I am a freshman who is studying electrical engineering, and my parents
chose my name to be Mohammed. Its been one year and a half since I started
my studying journey in the United States. I am from far away from here. I came
from Saudi Arabia. My first few days were tough; I had to get used to be far away
from my loved ones. What helped me to overcome the struggle is soccer. Soccer
always gave me the opportunity to meet and create new friendships. Have a
hobby, and you will never feel lonely.
This semester UWRT class has meant to me so much, because it helped
me in many ways. I believe I have developed as a writer and a human being.
Using blogger along the way and submitting some written pieces, as blogs was
too helpful. The usage of Tumblr gave the opportunity to the students to express
their thoughts on the material and what was given in the class, or even
assignments. Due to the enormous new perspectives I have gain from this class,
I believe I should state that this semester was a very successful for me regarding
the UWRT 1102 class. The projects and the assignments were mostly beneficial
almost ninety percent of the material was either new to me, or taught me a
lesson.

Reading The Last Lecture and making a critical review about it was my
best part. This book taught me many and many lessons. The book as I recall is
sixty-one chapters. At least, I have learned sixty-one lessons. I would
recommend the amazing book to anyone; lots of valuable lessons will be learned.
Human beings are people whore driven to improve and elevate self,
others, and the environment for mutual benefits. Without seeking for a reward. In
the class we have discussed and analyzed the differences between human
beings and humans. I aim to a human being. I aim to be a person who seeks well
for himself and for others. I want to be a person who gets the best out of people.
Being human is having the ability to be understandable and also caring. I see
myself somewhere in between; every person has a side of both, human and
human being. However I will always aim to be a better human being.
The advocacy from my perspective is kind of related to the
human criteria. Thats because I think advocates are human beings. I
wrote about Angelina Jolie. She is a great example of human being. She
is caring and generous. This project helped me to realize that there is
still some good people in the world. Who seek good for the people, not
like trump who is a human.
The last project was amount the outline and annotated
bibliography. Working on this project is here I learned to gather
different types of sources and summaries them in a short notice. The
main lesson of this project was the working on the outline. This project
was the first time ever for me to use or work on an outline. I realized

that the outline shows the ideas of any written piece. Also, the outline
organizes the writing and the ideas. Moreover, helps to generate new
ones.
As conclusion, I truthfully learned many lessons during this
semester. Each project and each assignment has enriched me with new
ideas and developed others. I see myself now as a better thinker and a
better writer.
