Union Bank of India Union Rewardz is responsible for the number of points mentioned for redemption of each product in
the rewards catalogue.
The merchandise available for redemption is subject to availability. Union Bank of India Union Rewardz reserves the right
to substitute the product with another product of a similar specification of the same or better quality if the existing product
displayed in the rewards catalogue is not available for any reason. Union Bank of India Union Rewardz shall endeavor to
advise the member of any substitutions when he/she places the order.
Points shall be deducted immediately from the account when the member places the redemption request.
The merchandise will be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective manufacturer or supplier. Union
Bank of India Union Rewardz would not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiency in service or any
other aspect on which Union Bank of India Union Rewardz does not have any direct control.
Redemptions done through the site or the Union Bank of India Union Rewardz Customer Care cannot be canceled,
withdrawn or modified.
Points are redeemable only against merchandise, gift vouchers featured in the rewards catalogue.
Gift vouchers featured in the rewards catalogue always carry a validity period, post which these vouchers will not be
honored by Partner Merchants issuing the vouchers.
Products offered for redemption is at the sole discretion of Union Bank of India Union Rewardz and is liable to change
without prior notice.
Union Bank of India Union Rewardz also reserves the right to change and modify the terms and conditions at any point in
time without prior notice to members.
In the event of any dispute between Union Bank of India Union Rewardz and the member on the gift item ordered, the
decision of Union Bank of India Union Rewardz shall be deemed as final and binding.
Union Bank of India Union Rewardz holds the responsibility to deliver the product of a similar specification displayed in
the rewards catalogue. In case the product received does not match the specifications, please call the Union Bank of
India Union Rewardz Service Centre* to report the same within 3 business days from the day of receipt of the same.

Union Bank of India Union Rewardz is responsible to deliver the product in a non-damaged state. Any damaged products
need to be notified to the Union Bank of India Union Rewardz Customer Care* within 3 business days from the product
receipt date.
All damaged products need to be shipped back by the customer to The Manager, Union Bank of India Union Rewardz
Customer Care at The Qube, A-703, MV Road, Marol, Off Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400059. The cost
of shipping has to be borne by the member unless otherwise specified.
Points for the returned products due to damage will be rolled back to the member's account within 15 business days from
the returned date of the product.
In case the member does not receive the redeemed product, he/she must notify the same by calling the Union Bank of
India Union Rewardz Customer Care* within 25 business days from the date of redemption.
