productions gaps or rejection that require fast and suitable solutions in order to offer
good customer service. I am use to fast-paced working environments because I had to
make decision under pressure. Other strong points is my analytical thinking, I like to

possible problems. I have a good commercial acumen in order to understand what will

On the other side, having flexibility in accomplishing tasks and certain autonomy with
the interest of being creative and adding a personal touch to daily work.
6. If you had a choice, would you prefer to work alone or as a part of a team? Why?
Both ways of working are complementary. I can work independently to progress faster

think a figure around this would be a fair one.

> The final destinations of fresh produce are national and international markets.
I could know the quality specifications of fresh fruits and vegetables for UK fresh fruit
and vegetable market and it can broaden my background so I manly exported goods to
Mediterranean and Eastern country markets in my last job. Furthermore, I dealt with
customers placed in several countries and the job in your company can let me perhaps
working with countries that I have not still worked or almost continue developing my
activity in an international sphere.
On the other hand, the position requires a Spanish speaking candidate and my mother
tongue is the Spanish. I suppose most of your fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers will be
placed in Spain and my previous experience in dealing with Spanish fresh fruit and
vegetables producer companies can be useful for this opening.

and I thought that an international job experience working with other market as UK
fresh produce market can be a good option to continue my career and to grow
personally too.
12. Tell me about your experience at your last job.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator I was in charge of logistics activities such as stock
control, creation of sales and purchases orders and the follow up of the goods from
the warehouse of the grower company to the distribution platform.
As a product manager, I was responsible for the good performance of 5 category
products: stone fruits, grapes, cabbages, tubers and organic products. I knew the
production areas and the varieties. I created a rage of references taking into account
the standard requirements of every client. I negotiated prices and promotional actions
and I established delivery conditions.

13. Tell me about a time when

> Take initiative.
Sourcing the origin Greece for the supply of stone fruits to Romania and Hungary in
order to get benefit of lower logistics costs. Until the moment, my company only
bought citrus from Greece.
Delivery full trucks of potatoes from the production area in France to the final
destination without sending the goods to a middle platform.
When Russia closed their borders, I had one truck in route. The truck was blocked and I
negotiated the distribution of the charge with Poland and Hungarian buyers.

> Deal with a difficult customer.

Instead of difficult customer, I would like to say difficult or unexpected situations and
difficult work methods. I almost work without previous planning of necessary amounts
or with 2 days planning before the delivery. I knew the exact quantities the same day
of departures from the production areas and this situation can produce delayed
deliveries or disruptions in the supply chain.
