The ordinance approved a change in zone from RM
Multiple-Family Residential (RM2000) to Institutional Education (IE) for the property located at 211
and 239 N. College Avenue (APNs 8313-018-004,
8313-018-005, 8313-018-006, -8313-018-007), an
area bounded by Bonita Avenue, College Avenue,
Second Street, and Harvard Place, the north-south alley located halfway between College Avenue and Harvard Avenue. The Citys Official Zoning Map
