Points for the accommodation building belonging to hotel

1. Need heat detector and sprinkler in accommodation laundry room to control any
breakdown
2. Exhaust fan for Landry needs to be fixed properly because when it works, makes
too much noise and create vibration disturbance.
3. Laundry room drainage pipeline needs to be changed because when all machines
Works together, the water flow is too much and it comes out of pipe.
4. Gym room needs to be finished as soon as possible
5. Water coolers needs to be placed with Coolpex water system for colleagues

Points belonging to owners


1. There is no earth wire in the whole building which can result in electric shock. it
needs to be placed in every electrical point so the risk can be reduced. Especially
with water heater because it is placed in bathroom, so without an earth wire there is
a high risk of someone getting electrocuted.
2. Emergency lights needs to be placed in at least each apartments living room and
two lights in the corridors of each floor
3. Exit light needs to be placed for having direction to evacuate from building in
case of emergency
4. Fire alarm is still not working. It needs to be followed up with building owner. Plus,
we also need at least one box with all fire equipments (eg. Fire shoes, Helmet with
light, heat protected Gloves, Fire suits, Axe and Fire blanket
5. Water hose created for fire needs to be checked, if the water is flowing properly
from it and if the length will reach in all locations or not.
6. Some of the bathrooms sockets and switches are fixed under the water heater,
which is very dangerous in case of water leakage from heater. The water will fall on
the socket, resulting in short-circuit. The switch to control electrical shock needs to
be placed with water proof socket and switch.
7. The marble pieces in front of bathrooms door needs to be fixed because
whenever water is opened it comes outside.
8. Steal drainage covers needs to be changed, they become rusty in few days.
Instead, plastic drainage covers are more reliable.
9. Need all contact numbers of elevator, AC Company, Maintenance guy, Plumber
and Electrician, Where a call can be placed in case of an emergency.

10. Need to have numbers marking for all the split units, to find where the
breakdown is, in case they stop working.
11. Need to have markings on the entire water gate valves to find which valve
belongs to which apartment.
12. Corridors and staircases needs to be painted and the cracks on roof top area
needs to be refilled.
13. Bathrooms fittings need to be checked, most of them are leaking.
14. Fire alarm pump needs to be covered, if raining water went in pump and
electrical DB it's not water proof
15. Landlord needs to be informed that the water tank located in front of the
building packing areas has to be cleaned on a weekly basis.
16. Electrical and plumbing maps are required from the landlord, in case of an
emergency.
17. Municipality approved paper for the building, as per Saudi laws are required
from the landlord.
20. Landlord is required to provide us with a proof that the Gas line being used in
this building is approved by municipality as per Saudi laws.
21. Water tank needs to be cleaned on every 6 months basis by the landlord.
22. The whole building needs to be painted and have its general maintenance after
every 2 years.

Please kindly confirm from the landlord and get all conformations from building
owner.
