Add new retaining wall, level play area, stairs and decorative handrails in the front yard of the sloped front yard of the

Okay for proposal to establish a level play area in the front yard of the sloped front yard of the City Landmark
Saxtorph House. The proposal will add new retaining walls and decorative metal railings around the level yard space
while retaining all of the historic pathway and retaining walls beneath. Proposal also includes new railings to the front
porch per plan. Proposal has been reviewed by Betty Marvin of OCHS.
