PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE For breach of the
conditions set forth in a certain mortgage dated October 17, 2008 from Gold Leaf Dream
Homes, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company with a place of business at 135
Highland Avenue, Nottingham, NH recorded with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds at
Book 3092, Page 1356, to First Federal Savings Bank of Boston of 19 School Street,
Boston, Massachusetts, the original of which is located at the business office of the
Mortgagee and may be examined there during normal business hours, by virtue of Power of
Sale contained in said mortgage, First Federal Savings Bank of Boston as aforesaid, holder
of the mortgage, for the purpose of foreclosing said mortgage default having been made in
the conditions thereof, will sell the premises which are situated at Lots 2, 4, 6 Morrill Way,
Concord, New Hampshire, and described in said mortgage at PUBLIC AUCTION on the 18th
day of May 2010, at 10:00 a.m. on the premises described in said mortgage and also
hereinafter described in Concord, New Hampshire; terms: $5,000.00 cash, bank draft or
other form acceptable to the said mortgagee, to be paid at the time of the sale, and the
balance of the purchase price to be paid within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the sale;
said sale will be made subject to any existing liens which take precedence over said
mortgages; and subject to all unpaid taxes, the premises being described as follows: Six
certain condominium units being Units #12 (twelve), 13 (thirteen), 14 (fourteen), 16 (sixteen),
17 (seventeen), and 18 (eighteen), with the buildings and improvements located thereon and
the easements shown on the Condominium Plan referenced below which benefit said Unit,
at The Reserve at Stonehaven Condominium (the "Condominium"), in Concord, Merrimack
County, New Hampshire, a condominium established pursuant to the Amended and
Restated Declaration of The Reserve at Stonehaven Condominium by Gold Leaf Dream
Homes, LLC, dated April 30, 2007, recorded at Book 2984, Page 400, (the "Declaration")
and any and all amendments thereto, the Bylaws of the Reserve at Stonehaven
Condominium Association recorded with said Declaration, as the same may be amended
(the "Bylaws") and the Condominium Plans, The Reserve at Stonehaven, by Promised Land
Survey, recorded as Plans #18440 and #18771. Together with the undivided one-eighteenth
(1/18) interest in the Common Areas, appurtenant and appertaining to each Unit in
accordance with the Declaration, as amended, the Bylaws, the Plans and the other
Condominium documents contemplated thereby (collectively the "Condominium
Documents"). Excluding herefrom however, are those lots, which have been previously
released, and are more fully described as Units 12, 13, and 14 in said mortgage. Subject to
and with the benefit of all rights, reservations, restrictions, easements, conditions,
covenants, and takings of record insofar as the same are in force and applicable You are
hereby notified that you have the right to petition the superior court for the county in which
the mortgaged premises are situated, with service upon the mortgagee, and upon such bond
