"MAPEH ANNUAL PLANNING/TARGET SETTING AND TRAINING OF TRAINERS"

To:

Schools Division Superintendents

1. There will be a Music, Art, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH) Annual Planning/Target
Setting and Training of Trainers on May 30 - June 3, 2016 at Applied Nutrition Center,
Banilad, Cebu City.
2. Participants to this activity are the Schools Division MAPEH Supervisors/Coordinators and
Identified MAPEH Trainers who will take the lead in organizing the Division Professional
Learning Communities (PLC) to address MAPEH issues and concerns. (See attached list of
participants, resource persons/trainers, and working committees.)
3. Division MAPEH Supervisors are reminded to bring the following:
a. SY 2015-2016 Monitoring and Accomplishment Reports with MOVs;
b. 2016 Calendar of Activities, for alignment purposes;
c. curriculum innovations and localizations SY 2015-2016;
d. Schools Division Instructional Supervision Plan for CY 2016;
e. Monitoring Tools;
f. Teachers* Profile Report; and
g. Competencies not covered and are difficult to teach.
4. Participants are required to bring their PE attire, laptop. Curriculum Guide, Teacher's
Guide, Learner's Material and other references/instructional materials in MAPEH.
5. A registration fee of Four Thousand Eight Hundred pesos (Php4800.00) shall be charged to
each participant to defray expenses for board and lodging, training materials and
honorarium for non-DepEd resource speakers. Registration fee, traveling and other
incidental expenses incurred by the participants are chargeable against Division/Local
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. This Memorandum also serves as Travel Order.
7. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
