Micromine Training: Exploration

Micromines two day Exploration course provides users with the skills required to derive the maximum benefit
from their Micromine solution. The skills acquired in this course will enable users to utilise all of the functions
that are relevant to their needs, maximising their individual productivity levels.
This course teaches you how to use the Micromine tools that are specific to exploration work.

Publish a fly-through as a Windows video
Construct a basic wireframe solid
Understand the statistical concepts of mean,
mode, median, standard deviation and variance,
and use these to describe a data set
Use a histogram and probability plot to describe
and statistically decompose a data set
Create a Micromine colour set from a statistical
decomposition and use this to apply colour in
both graphical and tabular views

Micromine users who are confident with the basics of Micromine and are involved in the
exploration process.

Prerequisites

All attendees must have completed the Introduction to Micromine course, or have demonstrated
a familiarity with the basics of Micromine.
