6.2 gathering system
The arrival pressure at the CPF will be
fixed at 15 bara. This allows the CPF and
gathering system designs to be progressed

Consistent with the BoD, but fundamental
to allow CPF and gathering system

Comment from Contractor
5.5 product specifications table 5.5.1
Basis of Design gives two sales gas
specifications, dew point and calorific
value. Based on the feed gas composition,
it may not be possible to achieve both

Tenderers Remarks

Having a fixed basis for the inlet pressure to the CPF is a

fundamental requirement and must be defined at the start
of FEED for the gathering system and CPF work to run
in parallel. Any subsequent change to this will have a
substantial impact on the CPF hydraulic design,
impacting potentially line sizes, compressor duties
amongst other things. Hence it is bidders strong
recommendation that CA fixes the inlet pressure as it is
in the interests of the project as a whole to maintain
schedule.
We welcome CA position based on above bidders
response.

The intention of this comment is to draw to CA attention

that it may not be possible to meet both sales gas
specifications and both condensate product specifications
simultaneously with the process scheme detailed in the
scope of services.
The best approach can be agreed during FEED execution

For the smaller size valves, a summary
