Preparation of installation
1.The cable output must be placed
depending on the installation needs. This
evaluation must be made before starting
the installation procedure.
2. Besides the type of the IDU, its placement into the FOC should be considered.
The installation technician is charged to
choose how the IDU must be installed.

Hole Numbering
g Note that the blue safety washers hold the screws in place during installation. They
should be installed to the screws after the screws are through the bracket.
g Before mounting the outdoor case on the pole, install the IDU. The IDU can be
installed after having placed FOC on the pole. Do not connect the cables before
having carried out the lifting of the IDU on the pole.
Back-to-back Installation
g A second unit can be installed back to back using the same brackets. And
maximum 2 units can be stacked on the pole.

Connect the grouding cable to the IDU before inserting the IDU into the case. Make sure
that the fans power supply cables can be easily reached for their successive connection
to fan controller board.

Before connecting the cables, the plate has to be fixed to the inner cover by 4 M3
screws. And the plate has not to be removed any more.
