    Delhi.

    Dear Sir,
    I have to lodge a report for the theft of my scooter from the main bazar of
    Janak Puri.
    It was about 10:30 in the morning. I went to the bazar to make some
    purchases. I locked my scooter outside Delhi Cloth House and went in to buy
    some towels. There was a great rush at the shop. It took me more than half an
    hour to make the purchases.
    To my surprise, when I came out, I found my scooter missing. I made
    enquiries from some vendors sitting on the footpath of the road, but failed to
    get any clues from them. It is Vijai Scooter bearing No. DHW 5249. My
    name is engraved on its handle. It is dark yellow in colour. May I request
    you to trace the scooter and restore it to me?
