Vijaya Bank, Regional Office, Chandigarh, invites sealed bids under 2 bid system from
interested parties (who have clear marketable title and also holding commercial license) for
letting out their premises on ground floor for opening of new Branch in Chandigarh - Sector
27/28/29/30/31/32/46/47/48/49/ Industrial Area as per details given below:
1. The premises should be located in a prominent commercial area in the City.
2. Area required for the leased premises is around 1500-1700 sq. ft on ground floor only.
3. Interested parties who have clear title of property may submit their offer under 2 covers
Super scribed as TECHNICAL BID and PRICE BID respectively.
4. Cost of bid amount is Rs. 500/- which is not refundable. The amount shall be remitted by
the way of demand draft favoring Vijaya Bank & payable at Chandigarh. Demand draft
should be enclosed in Technical bid.
5. Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises.
6. Price bid shall contain nothing but rental aspect of the premises without any condition.
7. Last date for submission of bid: On or before 25 April 2016 by 15:00 Hrs.
8. Technical bids will be opened on 25 April 2016 at 15:30 Hrs.
9. Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It
should be submitted in two covers separately. Both the covers should be then put in a single
envelope which has to be addressed to us.
10. Priority will be given to the premises offered by Public Sector/Banks/
undertakings/Government Departments.
11. Offer received later than above date and time and/or through the brokers would be
rejected.
12. Bank reserves the right to reject any/ all the bids without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
13. For offer letter, you may log on to our Banks website www.vijayabank.com and down
load the relevant details and submit the offer by furnishing the details.

TENDER FOR REQUIRMENT OF OFFICE PREMISES

Offers in two separate sealed covers containing technical details and financial details
respectively in the prescribed format are invited from the interested parties having clear and
marketable title in their own name with all necessary statutory permission, who are ready to
lease out their readily available premises meeting the following conditions:
1.

The premises should be located on ground floor only & premises should be on the main

road in prominent location with minimum frontage of 20 feet.


2.

Building plan should be approved for commercial purpose/ commercial license of the said

premises be available.
3.

If the premise is selected, landlord shall construct strong room as per RBI specifications

at his own cost, as per the requirement and specification of the Bank.
4.

It should have sufficient earmarked parking space for vehicles of staff and customers.

5.

There shall be a clear hall with minimum number of pillars in between.

6.

Adequate electricity and water facility should be available & landlord shall submit NOC for

enhancement of power load as per requirement of the Bank.


7.

Vitrified tiles flooring shall be done by the landlord as per requirement of the Bank (Euro

Make Ivorish shade)


8.

Two separate toilets, for ladies and gents and a pantry should be constructed by the

landlord as per the requirement of the Bank inside the proposed premises.
9.

Internal painting shall be done by the landlord.

10. Lease deed to be executed as per Banks format only and the same has to be registered
by sharing the expenditure in between the Bank and the owner on 50:50 basis.
11. Owner shall provide rolling shutter with central lock embedded besides side locks and a
collapsible gate at his own cost.
12. Rent will be paid on the carpet area (i.e. Built up area minus area occupied by passages,
pillars, stair case, toilets, strong room walls, etc., as defined in IS 3861-2002 Code), after
measuring carpet area by the Architect in presence of RO Official/Branch Manager and the
Landlord.
13. Owner should have clear title over the property.
14. Owners with clear and marketable titles towards their property need to apply directly.
15. Bank does not entertain offers from middlemen or brokers.
The price bid (Part B) would be opened after short listing of offers based on Part A technical
bid.

Price bid would be opened on a future date for the offers which are found to be

technically suitable and the same will be intimated to the short listed bidders.
Bank will short list the offers based on information provided in Part A (Technical bid) in
accordance with Banks requirement, namely locality of the proposed site, area of the
premises offered, accessibility from the main road, parking space provided, amenities and
other infrastructure provided like backup, DG set, etc.,

and other essential requirements

spelt out in Part A. Banks decision on selection of the prospective offer is final.

5. Separate offers should be submitted for two or more premises owned by the same person.
6. The price bid would be opened after short listing of offers based on Part A technical bid.
7. Bank will short list the offers based on the minimum criteria information provided in part A
tender namely :

Acceptance to quote rent based on carpet area only.

ii)

Locality of the proposed site.

iii) Area of premises offered


iv) Accessibility to main road
v)

Parking space provided

vi) Amenities and other infrastructure provided


vii) Bidders acceptance to all banks terms and conditions
viii) Other essential requirements spelt out in Part A tender
