H. Abstract
The study had mainly focused within the garbage/waste recycling within
barangay four. This study determined problems that may harm or affect the
people within the community. The wastes that is segregated properly, will
dangerously affect not only the community but the people who lives there.
However, these wastes such as recyclable materials can be reused and
transform it into a useful product by recycling it, that will really help a lot the
people in the community. This presentation gives an overview of the project
proposal within the community, and the products that will be made out of the
recycled materials that will give them extra income for their living.

I. Context
Nowadays the community was highly disturbed by the proper waste
disposal within the community. Based on the survey, the number one problem
that the community is facing was all about the waste disposal. This rapid
growth of wastes, that the community officials is very concerned. On how they
will segregate the wastes materials. So that they would be able to get income
and be able to help the people who needs extra income in the community.

J. Rationale
This project was primarily made because it will make the environment
clean and green, it is also the way to keep the wastes that can be recycled
useful and would be able to help the people with in the community earn for
their living. Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, metal,
plastic, tires, textiles and electronics. The barangay is said to have a program
that was planned to help the people in the community in making handicrafts
such as plastic bags converted from the sacks.

There are so many ways to recycle materials if the barangay would have
enough fund for the people living there run the said program that would help
them earn and provide for their living. Recycling a material can also produce a
fresh supply of the same material. For example, used office paper can be
converted into new office paper like the papers sold in the market that has
been through in a long process. However, this is often difficult or too expensive,
compared with producing the same product from raw materials or other
sources.

K. Objectives
Main Objective:
- Help the people with in the community earn money for their living by
running a program with using recyclable materials;
- To reduce the wastes materials within the community and recycle it into
a useful materials;
- To withhold environment clean and green.

L. Project Description
The project is a container or garbage bin which is safe or danger free,
because the process of making these containers or garbage bin was fully
secured by the chemicals that can cause diseases to the people in the
community, and also making of these containers or garbage bin made sure that
it will not be the reason to the mosquitos to live. In every garbage bin that will
be made will cost 8,464 for a total of 33,856 in four garbage bin. The garbage
bin that will be made is 64 feet, it will last for five years and its capacity for
the bottles that will be collected is 10-15 kg.
