Question # 1. On your own perception, what is the difference between Interpersonal and
Intrapersonal Skills?

Answer:

Intra-personal skill means the communication (or conversation) that is continually

going on in your own mind. Like our thinking, our worries and fears. In short, intrapersonal
means communicating with one's self.

Interpersonal skill, on the other hand, refers to an individual's ability to communicate

with other people. It is the ability to get along with others and present a positive image. It is
where relationships with friends, bosses, clients and co-workers are created.

Question #2. What are some intrapersonal and interpersonal skills you possess?

Answer:

Intrapersonal skills

a. Having a strong viewpoint on my goals or plans and desires in life.

b. Having the ability to identify my strengths and weaknesses.

c. Having the ability of establishing realistic goals for my future.

d. Having the capacity to express well what I want and what I dont on a particular
activity or issue.

e. Having the ability to retain my confidence even in a nerve-racking situation (nakaka

stress na sitwasyon)

f. Having the capacity of making appropriate choices, and accepting mistakes in case of
failure.

g. Maintaining that sense of justice and fairness in handling situations relating my

personal affairs (any situation).

h. My being self- reflective and self-motivated.

Interpersonal Skills

The capacity to listen, understand and consider the feelings/ thoughts of others to get
some ideas and opinions from other perspectives.

The ability to accept differences.

The ability of being sensitive enough in communicating with others.

Question # 3. What are the strategies you make in developing your intrapersonal and
interpersonal skills in your workplace?

differences.

In developing intrapersonal skills, there must be a strong sense of confidence in

pursuing personal goals and desires in life. There must be the ability to identify strengths and
weaknesses and the capacity to determine the difference of right from wrong.

Interpersonal Skill strategies:

*Communicate well with others, especially to clients and co-workers.

*Must always act with justice and observe honesty and good faith.
*Must listen very well when conversing with other persons; must maintain the tone of
voice; and must observe professionalism/ leadership.
