Peak 10s Description: The Technical Assistance Representative is a Corporate
based position responsible for working individually or in a team environment to
provide high level support and customer service within the Peak 10 Technical
Assistance Center. The Peak 10 TAC is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
include weekends and holidays. Candidates to be considered for this role must be
able to work within the framework of the overall Peak 10 Support Strategy. TARs
must be able to demonstrate the ability to represent Peak 10 values during
interactions with customers and internal resources, in a calm and professional
manner. Employees holding this position are responsible for the accurate and
expedient handling of customer support requests, proper escalation of contacts, and
efficient execution of internal audits.
MOS:

Field 25 Signals (Communications)
25B Information Systems Operator Analyst
Installs, operates, and performs unit maintenance on multi-functional/multiuser information processing systems and peripheral equipment and auxiliary
devices. Performs input/ output data control and bulk data storage
operations. Transfers data between information processing equipment and
systems. Troubleshoots automation equipment and systems to the degree
required for isolation of malfunctions to specific hardware or software.
Restores equipment to operation by replacement of line replaceable unit
(LRU). Installs, operates, perform strapping, re-strapping, PMCS and unit
level maintenance on COMSEC de vices. Assists in the design, preparation,
editing, and testing of computer programs. Drafts associated technical
documentation for program reference and maintenance purposes.
25C Radio Operator Maintainer
Installs, operates, and performs preventive maintenance checks and
services and unit level maintenance on single channel radio, radio
teletypewriter, Army Special Operations communications equipment, and
enhanced position locating and reporting system net control stations, and
associated equipment. Installs, operates, perform strapping, re-strapping,
preventive maintenance checks and services and unit level maintenance on
communication security devices. Prepares and transmits messages in format.
