Your responsibilities
Under the guidance of a Retail Customer Risk Advanced Modelling Manager, you will be
responsible for: Driving value through timely delivery of cutting-edge and robust advanced analytical
models
Embedding enhanced modelling methodologies for use in all lending decisions
Reviewing and understanding how modern Data Science techniques can be leveraged to
improve our business
Initiating and delivering work with model users, data experts and model implementers
to ensure that the value that can be obtained from the models can be maximised as
efficiently as possible
Delivering models that are fully compliant with all required policies and governance
Understanding current standard procedures, whilst also appropriately identifying
opportunities for continuous improvement, within modelling and more generally within
business strategy

This role provides excellent opportunities to develop and expand the role within the team as a
retail risk modelling specialist or manager. Alternatively to develop as analytical / modelling
specialists or manager roles within other Risk Management functions or other business units.
