1. Since 15/06/2015 BS101 Interrupter when given close command goes to unknown state sometimes (AMS
No: 16-41225)
2. Since 7/10/2015 SS-121 Isolator is showing OPEN status in SCADA workstation even though CLOSED
in field (AMS No: 16-41227)
3. Since 30/11/2015 Minor oil Leakage from Traction Transformer -2 at secondary bushings inspection
chamber. (AMS No: 16-41228)
4. Since 16/2/2016 Battery charger displaying false alarm every time when any of the 25KV GIS breakers are
operated. (AMS No: 16-41230)
5. HVAC Unit-1 is not working at MYP-RSS Building (AMS No.16-41231)
6. SCADA communication is intermittently failing in RSS & TSS RTU (AMS 16-31777)
7. 33KV I/C-1 & I/C-2 Circuit Breaker Face plate showing Ready to close indication in SCADA workstation
even though closed in field (AMS 16-32145)
8. MYP-Depot ASS,HT Board-2 Trafo WTI fault operated showing TRUE status in SCADA workstation (AMS

19. KUKATPALLY Station HT-Board-2 all breakers showing Spring discharge indication in SCADA Even
though spring charged in field (AMS-16-82870)
