management, Redler are focused on developing market-leading bulk materials handling equipment to
assist in effectively managing industrial processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supported issues on the following
Customer master and Material master.
Quotation, Sales order, Credit memo request, Debit memo request, Free of charge delivery,
Subsequent delivery free of charge, Return order, Consignment.
Pricing condition record.
Delivery creation issues:
Billing processing, Credit memo, Debit memo, Return and Cancellation of billing documents.
Maintaining of different type of stocks at specified storage location.
Basic functions issues: Free goods, Condition update, Listing/Exclusion, Condition exclusion,
Rebate, Material determination, Text determination and Output determination. Define strategies
for acceptance of the re-engineered Business Process with the senior and Top management
Solved issues in the Scenarios like MTS and O2C.

Client Profile:
VASUDHA PHARMA CHEM LIMITED was incorporated as a public limited company under the

Companies Act, 1956 at Hyderabad in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India during the year 1994 - 95. The
company is engaged in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Pharma
Intermediates for catering to the domestic as well as international market.
The company recognized the vital role of R & D for becoming successful in the generic market. Initially,
the focus was on development of cost effective processes for several intermediates related to piperidone
& piperidine derivatives. By 2003 -04, the company gained world class expertise and became the largest
manufacturer of piperidone & piperidine derivatives in the world. Subsequently, the company forward
integrated from intermediates of piperidone & piperidine derivatives to APIs and later on diversified into
large product portfolio of about 20 APIs spreading across several therapeutic areas.
With the strength of its portfolio, the gross sales of the company has grown from INR 0.0164 billion
(US$ 0.27 million) in FY 1997-98 to INR 5.06 billion (US$ 84.41 million) in FY 2014-15 (considering 1
US$ = INR 60.00). The composition of export sales to gross sales is mostly around 45% due to the
importance given to the product quality, timely delivery and competitive pricing.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling the issues as per the priorities in the SLA, 'trouble ticket' using remedy for support
monitoring.
Prepared functional design for new development in organizational structure.
Issues were related to master data /configuration.
Analyzing the issues and communicating with the user to resolve the issue using various
communication channels - e-mail, telephone, and chat.
Periodic review meetings with the FI on the status of the trouble tickets, change requests.
Created a new Item Category, Schedule line category by configuring the settings so that they are
automatically assigned to each Sales document type.
Carried out appropriate steps in Customization in order to guarantee the customer that an
individual Billing document is created for each delivery.
Defined and assigned enterprise structure on the configuration side, customized organizational
structures-sales organizations, distribution channels and divisions, designed and assigned sales
areas.
Provided support in configuring Sales and Distribution involving Sales Order Processing.
