2009.

It is clear that the town became more urbanized with the extension of the industrial complex
during this period. It is also noted that the most significant changes were witnessed in the area
to the north of the river.

To the north of the river, the derelict warehouse was knocked down to make way for a car
park, while the nearby old town was replaced by offices and a university. No change was
made to the school which was located near the river bank. In addition, a cinema on the left of
the school was built on the site of the art centre. The residential area in the northwest corner
of the Lakeside remained unchanged, whereas the one near the river bank was converted into
a shopping center. Another change is that the lake on the northeast area was turned into a
pond.

To the south of the river, there was a considerable extension of the industrial complex toward
the south relative to the disappearance of a residential area.
