Clarification points
Our company highly appreciates your esteemed firm for participating in the tender
floated for supply of machinery according to BID NO. INTL/001/2016 in this context
we opened the technical offer and are now in technical evaluation. Hence, in order
to compare all bidder apple to apple our technical evaluation committee has set
evaluation criteria, accordingly we are requesting you to send us your clarification
points for the following sections and points by email.
Note: all documents should be signed and stamped.

Please attach copy of your legal license

Clearly state your company work experience in the busses
Please send a copy of certificate which states your company is
authorized agent for suppling and servicing for the offered machineries
Legal license of Original equipment manufacturer
Please send us copy of Original equipment manufacturers certificate
which states manufacturing authorization for the offered machineries.
Third party audited financial statement for the past four yours of your
company
Third party audited financial statement for the past four The OEM
Quality management certificate and other certificates of your company
and OEM
Performance certificate which is officially signed and stamped by the
client with the following content.
Name and postal address of the customer or company where
similar equipment is installed.
Name and designation of the contact person of the customer.
Phone, FAX no and email address of the contact person of the
customer.
Month and Year of commissioning of the equipment.
Application for which the equipment is supplied
Please furnish Reference List of Customers, with full address, details of
contact person, delivered time, and status of the machine where the
Machine and equipment have been supplied in the past.

Part-2 Scope of work.

I.

Please clearly present the un-priced Commercial Offer (dont indicate

any price value) shall contain the Scope of Supply and the Un-Priced
Part of the Price - Bid, for confirmation.

Documentation
Please clearly state your scope in this section regarding
documentation for
Foundation layout and design
Operational Manual of the machineries
Maintenance manual for the machineries
Catalog for spare part
Manual of all bought out items, Spare parts list and complete
addresses of bought out items suppliers.)
Training Manual
For further detail please refer to Part -2 General requirements of the
tender document.
III. Please clearly state your scope about supervision during installation

training, number of trainees, location and duration of training.

Please clearly state about your after sales service set-up and strategy
for the offer machineries, lists of the services and also your previous
experience in after sales service.

Part 3 Project implementation

Please clearly state implementations strategy for this project inducing
delivery time and Qualification of key personnels and organograms to
be assigned.
