DeliveryTen is a third party food delivery service provider which is currently operating in
D,E,F,G,H,I sectors of Islamabad including Diplomatic Enclave, Pir Sohawa, damn-e-Koh,
Rawal Lake, Bhara Kaho, Bani Gala, Shahzad Town, Margala Town Orchard Scheme, Rawal
Town, Fazaiya, Gulzar-e-Quaid, Scheme III, PWD, Police Foundation, Bahria Town and DHA,
since August 23, 2014.
DeliveryTen is a third party Delivery Service in Islamabad. It offers customer the luxury
and the convenience of having their food of choice and even other household items
delivered to their doorsteps.
We all worked in the Service Industry for years, so taking care of customers is in our DNA.
Unfortunately, it's not in the DNA of the typical delivery-or-takeout experience. So we fixed
it.

DeliveryTen, like most startup businesses in Pakistan is facing numerous challenges on a day
to day basis. The root of these challenges can be traced to their current approach towards
marketing, advertising and operations, all due to a lack of quantifiable and actionable
consumer insights. The client needs a redesigned/reimagined marketing strategy which can
effectively and measurably communicate the nature and message of companys core
offerings to the consumer and, subsequently, should allow them to reconfigure their
business at the operational level.

Key Objectives:
1. Branding: Effective Online and Market place branding, which targets the greater
Islamabad region and can communicate the nature, depth, breadth, quality and
uniqueness of the services offered. The main problem in their branding is that they
are unable to communicate the aforementioned to a wider audience. Identify key
communication channels and give substantial recommendations to harness their
potential.
o Individual Tag line for each service they are providing from food to delivery of
other non-food items, so that customer at once can recognize the meaning of that
particular service. Plus recommendations about how to improve brochure design
and website.
2. Consumer Insights
o Trends of Foodies: A foodie is a gourmet, or a person who has an ardent or
refined interest in food. A foodie seeks new food experiences as a hobby rather
than simply eating out of convenience or hunger. How customers react to the
events that happen in the country and what type of events increase or
decrease the demand for home delivery of food?
o How to target Foodies: How to position the clients service as a brand in the
mind of consumers. How can it become a premium brand that reflects quality
of services and timely deliveries?

How can effective impressions be made for the High Net Worth
market? Currently, this segment exhibits a certain amount of disdain
for the marketing materials currently on display.

o Insights with regard to other services: Instead of being labeled as a pure


food delivery service and thereby limiting its business potential, DeliveryTen
requires consumer insights which can shed light on the potential of its other
services. (See brochure graphic above)
3. Brochure design: DeliveryTens brochure recently underwent a redesign, keeping in
mind the previous mistakes and also added additional details to cover its breadth of
services. Any improvements can be suggested. (Inclusive of creative applications using
digital media)
4. Competitor Analysis and Global Opportunities: Identify DeliveryTens major
competitors in every service offering and produce a comprehensive competitor
analysis. Additionally, make recommendations based on research pertaining to
similar service providers in the global economy and novel approaches they have
taken to dealing with their competition.
5. Operations: The client is currently experiencing operational issues relating to
employee engagement, employee retention, clear understanding and communication
of managements roles and demarcation of operational boundaries. Give actionable
recommendations after conducting a comprehensive organizational analysis.
6. Supplier Relations and Potential Markets: Moreover, the client requires project
groups to contact various suppliers on their behalf and educate them about
DeliveryTen services, like in the retail health care sector, the client wants students to
meet with the managers or proprietors of D. Watson and Shaheen Chemist and gauge
the characteristics of their present customer bases preference for home delivery of
health care products.
