WiththehelpofKPIs,theSAPONESupportLaunchpadinformsyouataglanceifacertainactionis
required.Thereisnoneedanymoretonavigatetoeachapplicationtogetthisinformation.Inadditiontothe
KPIs,theSAPONESupportLaunchpadoffersmanyotherfeaturestooptimizeyournew,centralworkplace
fortheserviceandsupportapplications.

ThisblogprovidesyouwithsometipsandtricksonhowtobestusethosefeaturessuchasKPIs,
personalization,favoritesandsavedattributesearchestooptimizetheSAPONESupportLaunchpadforyour
dailywork.

KPIs:MostofthetilesarepopulatedwithKPIs.KPIsarevisualizedinvariousways:theycanbenumeric
valueswithorwithoutadeviationarrow,bulletcharts,orcomparisoncharts.Takeforexampleincident
