My motivation in any task or role is that it is done correctly and to the best of my
abilities for the benefit of the customer. I am very aware of the importance of
customer service and the customers perception of either me or the establishment I
am working for. The experience that I have in customer service allows me to interact
with customers in various circumstances and still keep a calm and professional air.

In this role I was, in essence, a combined waiter and potboy in the Bushel pub. A
frontline customer service job, everyday I interacted with customers by taking their
food and drink orders and helping with anything that they might need

This role is in the front line of customer service for the Theatre Royal. The main
responsibility of the Box Office is the selling of tickets for the various performances,
both in person and over the phone, but it also acts as a reception and administrative
area.
PERSONAL INTERESTS

I am currently on a gap year whilst applying to music schools to study musical

composition. Performing both music and theatre is my passion. I love creating a
connection with an audience whilst entertaining them and also creating a piece of
work with other people whether it is the cast of a play or a band/orchestra. I also
enjoy reading and writing poetry, plays and prose.
