The corporation must acquire more materials per day.
Insufficient Number of Manpower
The number of laborers is not necessary. The only needed is the one who is
diligent to the work, disciplined and can handle easily by the foreman and
safety officer.
Relocation of Informal Settlers
The informal settlers within the project site must be reported to the municipal
engineer in order to give their new location and to have their lives be
comfortable.
Electric/Water Supply
The corporation must first have a contract agreed with electric and water
company prior to the project to be done in that area.
Plan Revision
Usually the client wants to revise the plan due to their budget and the plan
appearance as well. The corporation must respect the decision of the client
