bhvtta triguarahita sadguru ta nammi ..

I offer my salutations to the Guru who opens the eyes of the one who is
blinded by cataract of ignorance, with the magic wand and collyrium of
knowledge.

I offer my salutations to the sadguru who is of the form of limitless happiness,

granter of supreme joy, free from all forms of difference and of the form of
knowledge. Guru is beyond pairs of opposites, all-pervasive like space and
obtaining as the implied meaning of the sentences like tat tvam asi (you are
that). Guru is one, eternal, pure, free from movement, obtaining as the
witness of all intellects. Guru is beyond all states, free from the three qualities
or constituents.
