According to the McAfee survey of children and parents as reported in the

Guardian[1], there are 1in 3 children have been a victim of cyberbullying. There
are several methodology to prevent internet abuse occurs which is used
advanced password, enable pop-up ads blocker, understand the law of
copyrights, enable the phishing filter and be suspicious of email. A strong
password will avoid you get hacked by hacker and lost important information. A
password that only contains number only or reuse for different account can be
cracked easily. User can create a strong that includes upper- and lowercase letters, special
characters, and numbers .Beside that, user have to change their passwords every 6 to 12
months and use different passwords for each system. It can protect you and decrease the risk being
hacked. Use different passwords for each system is especially important for network
infrastructure hosts, such as servers, firewalls, and routers[2].Moreover, User should not
make the password a personal reference, and store a list in a saved file.
Pop-up ads blocker is a filtering program or software that designed to block pop-up windows,
advertisement or otherwise when user browse the web. Enable pop-up ads blocker may help users to
stopping the unwanted program, trackers, malware domains, and spammer, browse anonymously and
protect user online privacy.

Copy infringement can be criminals. User must understand the law of copyright infringement. The
best way to avoid violating a copyright is simply to obtain the authors permission before using that
expression of ideas or facts. [3]Copyright infringement is not for every unauthorized use of a
copyrighted work. If a copyright has been infringed, the user may sue the infringer in federal court,
seeking an injunction against future violations of the copyrights. So, User must understand the law of
copyright infringement or privacy before takeover the others information.

Phishing is a type of internet abuse. User can defend it using Phishing filter. Phishing filter is a type of
filtering that can detect the phishing website, email and other. Why the Phishing Successful for
Scammers? It is because most of the user did not installed Phishing filter. Internet Explorer provide a
feature that helps detect phishing website and runs in the background while user browse the web
which is Microsoft Phishing Filter. It helps to protect the user privacy, the address
information sent to Microsoft is encrypted using SSL and limited to the domain and path
of the website user are visiting.

Moreover, be suspicious of email. The criminals can uses email and fraudulent websites
that are designed to steal user personal information. User must be protect themselves
from phishing scams with sending through e-mail that are looks suspicious and don't risk
your personal information by responding to it. Don't reply to email message that comes
from a legitimate source , you have to reported it such as contact the organization
directly (not through the email you received) and ask for confirmation on the validity of
the message. Or call the organization's toll-free number and speak to a customer service
representative.[4]
Lastly. User have to stronger the firewall and make exceptions to allow only trusted
individuals to access your computer. It protect you from Internet abuse.
