Insurance Waiver Verification Pending

Dear Sai Charan
USC is conducting an insurance waiver review. The
University is committed to ensuring that all students
have adequate coverage while in school. In order to
maintain that commitment, USC will verify that your
existing plan meets the schools insurance
requirement. If the University determines that your
insurance does not meet the criteria for alternative
coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the
student health insurance plan if you are enrolled in 6
or more credits, enrolled in classes on the Health
Science Campus or are an International Student.
What happens next?
USC will verify that your insurance meets the student
health insurance requirement. You will be notified
within 10-14 days after your waiver was submitted. If
your insurance plan is verified and meets the school
insurance requirement, you will receive a confirmation
email that your waiver has been accepted. If your
insurance plan cannot be verified or does not meet the
school insurance requirement, you will be notified and
asked to supply additional documentation.

your current insurance plan may be contacted for
confirmation that your coverage is in force for the
applicable policy year and that it meets the school's
waiver requirements. You also agree that we may
provide other insurance plans with information
regarding your waiver of the student health insurance
plan, based on your representations that you are
enrolled in another insurance plan's benefit plan.
