INTRODUCTION
1.1.
Background
In order to keep the supply of fuel oil (BBM) in domestic region that develop ov
er time, Pertamina intends to increase oil production in the RU-V Balikpapan, in
accordance with the program RDMP (Refinery Development Master Plan) Pertamina.
It is required supporting data as the basis of project for developing site prepa
ration and engineering design. Pertamina has been requested the consultants to d
o the work in order to obtain the supporting data.

Purpose and Objectives
The purpose and objectives of the consultancy work is to obtain technical data f
