My name is Tran Thi Truc Quynh, my career objective is to become a professional

... . I have experience in researching market when i worked at InsightAsia company.
We have worked together in 5 projects recently. I am confident about my skills
working with colleagues, using smart devices to efficiently aid my work.

What are your short-term goals?

My short term is to grow as a . I want to find a good career where I can use my knowledge,
experience and strengths. I want to take part in the growth and success of company I work for.

What are your long-term goals?

My long term goal is to become director or higher. This might be a little ambitious, but I think Im
going to work hard, learn everything I can and contributing to a company where Ill become a valuable
asset. I know that its not a eassy job but I think I can do by myself.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

From the very first year of my education I have keen on mathematic, I think my first strength is think
logically and I always find the fastest and easiest way to do thing. Besides, my classmate at university
always said that they find their energy when talking with me as I am myself an active person and I
also have interest in building relationship with others. I also have good language skills. I think
graduation is just the beginning of my education journey. I would like to learn more and I have the
ability to learn. Beginning with a bad English student in high school, now I am a 7.0 IELTS certification
holder and I also prepare for the Japanese Test for N2 Level in July.
Taking a bout weakness I have to admit that sometime I behave too emotional and that is why
sometime my decision bases on my mood. However, I know my weakness and I am finding the way to
turn my weak into a strong one. I do not want to become a tough person. I think sometime emotion
help connecting people but I have to control my emotion.
I know that a company chose a person bases on their suitability to the Organizational culture. I do not
know whether I am fit or not but I have my ambition and enthusiasm. If I am be chosen, I will be able
to leverage my education abilities to make a significant contribution to company.

Why do you think that I should choose you for this position?

If i were a Recruitment Officer, I would definitely choose candidates who has some
special characteristic or skills that set he/she apart from typical applicants.

What do you think makes you a good fit for this company?

Well I did some study about this company and i think it can be a very good place for me to work as i
