2. Lm m v ngm lnh cn u
Cn 40 g bt cn u, cho vo becher 250 ml, thm khong 50 ml cn 90% lm m bt
(thc t dng 30 ml cn 90%).
Thm t u bt u, trong 2 gi, y kn.
Chun b bnh ngm kit: Nht gn 1/3 phn nn, lt 1 lp giy lc, cn thm t.
Kim tra bnh ngm kit (c b chy hay khng, dng 10 ml cn 90% kim tra).
Sau 2 gi, cho bt u lm m vo, g nh cho dc liu nn li, ct giy lc bng chu vi
bnh ln trn.
Cho cn ngp mt dc liu, m mt t dch chit chy ra ui bt kh.
Ngm n bui 2 (sng T4), (ngm khong 48 gi).
3. Tm cn v qut
Cn 12 g v qut, cho vo erlen c nt mi, ngm tm vi 12 ml ethanol 80%, yn 8 gi.
Sau 8 gi (chiu T2), thm 80 ml nc si vo (2/3 lng nc) bng ng ong, lc u, yn
24 gi.
Sau 24 gi (chiu T3), gn dch chit (khng cn lc), ng vo chai= DC 1 ( c khong 50
ml).
Phn b trong bnh nn, tip tc cho thm 40 ml nc si, lc u, yn trong 15 gi.

1. Rt dch chit u
Sau qu trnh ngm lnh, rt dch chit tc 1 ml/pht (45-50 git)
Ly chai nh du th tch cn rt, ri cho nh git vo chai.
Lun cn ngp mt dc liu (khong 1-3 cm).
N8 rt dch chit gp 6 ln dc liu (240 ml trong 4 gi).
[N5 (gp 4 ln) rt 160 ml; N6 (gp 4,5 ln) rt 180 ml; N7 (gp 5,5 ln) rt 220 ml.]
Rt n ~ 200 ml (4/5 dch chit) th khng cn thm dung mi na.
(Lng dch cn trn s chy xung th tch, nu cha thm cn ln trn, p b cho
chy ht dch chit).
2. C dch chit 2 v ct cn thm dch chit 1 v qut
Gn dch chit 2 ra, c trc trn chn s.
Dch chit 1 em ct cn thm (cho vo bnh cu c gn sinh hn ngang), thu c 8 ml cn
thm.
Dch chit 1 cn li gp chung vi dch chit 2, tip tc c. Dch c cn 12 ml, ngui, thm
12 ml cn 90% vo, khuy u. Chuyn sang becher y kn cho vo t lnh.
Kt qu: thu c 8 ml cn thm + dch chit v qut.
3. Pha siro hng chanh (qua 2 giai on)
G1: iu ch dch chit hng chanh (bng phng php ct ko hi nc)

Ly khong 100 g siro, lm ngui v lnh n 20oC trong becher.

1. Phi trn to dch chit m c v qut
Ly becher dch chit trong t lnh, em lc qua gc, p b, thu dch chit m c loi tp.
(dch chit lc qua 2 lp gc, dng nt mi p b cho ht dch chit).
Gp chung vi 8 ml cn thm (dch chit thu c 23,2 g).
Thm siro n va 40 g (thm 16,8 g siro n).
(Cho cn thm vo becher cha dch chit, ly chai ng cn thm lc ny em cn, chnh v
0, cho dch chit trong becher vo chai. Dng siro n trng becher ri thm vo chai ng cho
40 g).

2. Xc nh gii hn alkaloid trong cn u
Cn 2 chn dch chit cn u, mi chn 20 g, un cch thy n cn kh.
Cho 1 ml HCl 10% vo khuy tht k vi cn ( acid ha cn).
Thm 20 ml nc ct.
Thm thuc th Mayer vo mu A (4,5 ml) v mu B (5,5 ml).
Lc ring tng mu qua giy lc (kh, khng thm nc) cho vo becher.
Cho vo mi mu 1 ml thc th Mayer, lc u v c kt qu lin. Ghi nhn v gii thch kt
qu. (bng cch so snh).
Rt ra kt lun: t l dch chit so vi dc liu bao nhiu th t.
Kt qu:
N5= 160 ml (gp 4 ln DL)
N6= 180 ml (gp 4,5 ln DL)
N7= 220 ml (gp 5,5 ln DL)
N8= 240 ml (gp 6 ln DL)
Kt lun: Vy 40 g dc liu u, th dch chit cn rt 4 5 ln dc liu th t.

4. Th nghim vi acid citric v natri benzoate
Th nghim 1:
Ha tan ln lt 0,4 g natri benzoate v 0,4 g acid citric vo 8 ml nc.
Th nghim 2:
Ha tan 0,4 g natri benzoate vo 4 ml nc (1).
Ha tan 0,4 g acid citric vo 4 ml nc (2).
Chun b khong 200 ml nc. Thm ln lt (1) v (2) vo. Khuy u.
Kt lun:
Khng th ha tan chung acid citric v natri benzoate vo lng dung mi qu nh (s to ta).
Nn ha tan ring ri phi hp vo 1 lng (t dc) ln. Khi phi hp 2 cht vo 1 dung dch
long th s khng ta).

4. iu ch 4 n v siro tr ho
Dn d:
Khng pha chung acid citric v natri benzoate trong 1 th tch nh
Cc dung dch cn phi c pha chung vi nhau (do dch chit cn gp nc c kh nng ta).
Phi phi t t dung dch cn vo lng ln siro c trong cng thc
Cn aconite c cha alkaloid, nn d b ta khi gp mi trng nc. Cn mi trng c pH
acid trnh b ta. Acidcitric ng vai tr iu chnh pH trnh alkaloid b ta.

Cch pha ch 4 n v siro tr ho (d kin 1)


- Cn 0,4 g natri benzoate vo becher 50 ml, thm 4 ml nc ct, khuy u n tan hon ton
(1).
- Cn 0,4 g acid citric vo becher 50 ml, thm 4 ml nc ct, khuy u n tan hon ton (2).
- Cho 2,4 g dd Bromoform 10%, 2,4 g cn aconite, 0,4 g dung dch eucalyptol 10% vo becher
50 ml sch kh, khuy u n ng nht, thu c hn hp cn thuc (3).
- Cho 200 g siro v qut vo becher 1000 ml sch v kh, cho dd (2) vo khuy u, sau cho
t t hn hp cn thuc (3) vo, khuy u.
- Tip tc cho t t 48 g siro hng chanh vo becher, khuy u.
- Sau , cho dung dch natri benzoat (1) vo becher, khuy u v k.
- Cui cng cho 20 ml nc bc h vo, khuy u
- t mt becher 1000 ml khc, sch kh ln cn, chnh v 0. hn hp mi pha vo, dng siro
v qut trng tt c cc becher, thm siro v qut cho vo va 400 g, khuy u n khi hn
hp ng nht.
- Chia u vo 4 chai sch, mi chai 100 g, ng np dn nhn.
Cch pha ch 4 n v siro tr ho (d kin 2)
- Cn 0,4 g natri benzoate vo becher 50 ml, thm 8 ml nc ct, khuy u n tan hon ton
(1).
- Cho 2,4 g dd Bromoform 10%, 2,4 g cn aconite, 0,4 g dung dch eucalyptol 10% vo becher
50 ml sch kh, khuy u n ng nht. Thm 0,4 g acid citric vo hn hp trn, khuy tht
u cho tan ht, thu c hn hp cn thuc (3).
- Cho 200 g siro v qut vo becher 1000 ml sch v kh, sau cho t t hn hp cn thuc
(3) vo, khuy u v k n ng nht.
- Tip tc cho t t 48 g siro hng chanh vo becher, khuy u.
- Sau , cho dung dch natri benzoat (1) vo becher, khuy u v k.
- Cui cng cho 20 ml nc bc h vo, khuy u.
- t mt becher 1000 ml khc, sch kh ln cn, chnh v 0. hn hp mi pha vo, dng siro
v qut trng tt c cc becher, thm siro v qut cho vo va 400 g, khuy u n khi hn
hp ng nht.
- Chia u vo 4 chai sch, mi chai 100 g, ng np dn nhn.
