RSCP > -92

and

Ec/Io < -9

Sectors not operating can be detected looking at the list

of measured SC in scanner measurements

Check what is the minumun value of RSCP
during successfull SHO
This kind of analysis can be performed exporting attribute
data to Excel Workbook
First thing to do is to load all NEMO files (*.dt1) and
superstream them
From the superstrem we can export some attributes to
Excel WOrkbook
