LABOR RATES

Rates for Personnel

The Rates stated herein shall all-inclusive the rate to cover
Subcontractor's direct and indirect costs and all overhead costs as
well as profit. For the purposes of calculating compensation or
credit for partial days the working hours are fixed at 10 Hours per
day , 260 Hours per month.

EQUIPMENT RATES
Compensation due Subcontractor or credit due Contractor for
equipment shall be calculated on a per Hour basis using the
