HOUSING
Housing - refers to the social problem of ensuring that members of society have a
home in which to live, whether this is a house, or some other kind of dwelling,
lodging, or shelter according to Wikipedia.

It is also defined as buildings or structures that individuals and their family may live
in that meet certain federal regulations. Different housing situations vary for
individuals and may depend on age, family, and geographic location.

HOUSING DELIVERY PROCESS / SYSTEM

-Land and housing development occurs as part of a system comprising 7 main
components, each with key actors and institutions working within a policy and
legislative environment
-Constraints in any of the components of the system can retard delivery
-Government has a strong influence on the overall quality of the delivery
environment
