LCK Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is a reputable company with strong management and good,
sound record of more than 30 years. LCK Holdings Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1985 by
Dato' Simon Lim & Datin Ng. Currently, LCK Holdings consists of 4 directors, and is
supported by a team of total committed and dedicated professionals and experienced
workforce of diversified field which help to lead to company to its present achievement.
This has lead the company placing greater emphasis upholding staff welfare in order to
strive for more productivity and quality achievement work.
Since its inception, the companys main business focus has been the property
development and has successfully transform many projects into masterpiece development
consisting of residential houses, commercial shops, offices and industrial buildings. LCK
Holdings has proven to be a company of great reliance and it has always place significant
emphasis on environment friendly planning, innovative & creative design as well as
quality houses and buildings within the affordable means of market needs and demands
for every development undertaken.
Besides property development, the company has other diversified business activities
ranging from agriculture, construction, trading and investment. In addition, the company
is always looking further to explore any potential business development.

ABOUT THE DIRECTORS

DATO' MOHAMED KHALID BIN AHMAD, DSSA., SSA., PJK., JSS., JC., JP. - Chairman
Born on 5 May 1938 in Selangor. Being one of the Member in the Director Board, he has
more than 25 years experience in construction and property development. Nevertheless,
he plays an active role in politics and was our former Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri
Kawasan Hujung Permatang. He is now Managing Director of one of the PKK Class A and
CIDB Grade G7 construction company.

DATO' SIMON LIM CHIN KIM, DPMS., AMS., AMN., JP. - Group Managing Director
Dato' Simon Lim has over 30 years of extensive business experience in property
development, investment and other businesses under the group of companies. Under his
guidance and leadership the company has able growth to become a reliable and
reputable company.

DATIN NG BEOW WAH, PJK - Director

Datin Ng Beow Wah has been with the company since its the establishment and through
her effort and contribution the company has prosper.

MR. KENNY LIM @ LIM KAH JOO, PJK - Director

Mr. Kenny joined the company in 1997 and holds a Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering
from University Of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.

MISS SUSAN LIM, AMS, PJK - Director

Joined LCK Holdings Group of companies since the year of 1998. She has years of
experience in construction and Property Development and she holds a LLB (Hons)
Degree.
